My hubby and I are trying to get more exercise in every day.  So far we're trying to get out and walk around the neighbourhood for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.  It almost feels like we're dating again walking around holding hands!  Grin
I'm thinking about getting some hand weights so I could do some exercises in the morning before work.  What size ones should I get?
